  • Technical delivery failure: We cannot deliver the license key or files post-payment.

5. Refund Decision

Refunds are issued only if a critical, unresolvable issue is verified.
If approved, funds will be returned within 7–10 business days.
We may also offer a replacement key or exchange (with your consent).
