After your payment is successfully processed, a download link will be sent to your email address. If you have an account, the files will also be available in your personal dashboard.


3. What file formats are used for your products?

File formats vary depending on the product type. Examples include:

      Fonts: .otf, .ttf, .woff

      Plugins and software: .zip, .php, .js, or other common formats

4. Is it safe to make purchases on your site?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and is hosted securely through Namecheap. All payments are processed externally via Plisio, which handles encryption and transaction security.


5. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to access your purchase history, redownload files, and receive faster support.


6. Can I download my purchases again later?

Yes. If you created an account, your downloads are accessible at any time from your dashboard. For guest purchases, the download link will remain active in your confirmation email for a limited period.


7. I didn’t receive a download email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact us at support@digitallhippo.com with your order details, and we will assist you.


8. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with a product, contact our support team for assistance.


9. Can I use your products for commercial purposes?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, our products include a license for commercial use. However, redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original files is not permitted. Each product page includes specific license terms.


10. Do you offer custom plugin development or design services?

At this time, we do not provide custom development or freelance services. Our focus is on delivering ready-to-use digital products.
